To my Sparrow,

When we were growing up, our parents did not talk to us, did not hug us, or spend time with us as much as we wanted.  God did not give us a perfect family but we learned to hug and talk to each other instead. I would not want it any other way.

When I got married and was struggling to be a wife and a mother, I remember that you were always the first person I called and ran to when things went bad.  You said that God did not give me the perfect husband so that I could learn to pray and trust in Him.  I prayed.  We held hands and prayed together.

We do not have the perfect relationship either.  God has challenged our bond countless times but our hearts would always find ways to make our hands meet again in prayer.

Sis, I have not thanked you enough for the great sacrifice you, your family, our family are doing for me.  And I see you at the center, in the midst of it all, fighting for me.  Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Yang. No words can ever suffice for what you are doing for me, my kids and my life.

It is not just ours hands that hold now Sis, but our feet as well. I know that great things are going to come because we are going to face them together with God always by our side.  Every step we will always look after each other and our families.

I thank God for you.  I love you my Sparrow.  Always remember that I will always be here for you as you have always been for me.  Like God has always been there for us.
